Robinsons Place Iloilo

Robinsons Place Iloilo is a shopping mall owned and operated by Robinsons Land, the second largest mall operator in the Philippines. It is the third mall opened and the largest among Robinsons malls in the Visayas and Mindanao Regions. Strategically located right in the center of downtown Iloilo, it complements the city’s busiest business district. It is bordered on all sides by main thoroughfares De Leon, Ledesma, Mabini and Quezon Streets. This 3-level shopping mall with over 200 shops, dining outlets, entertainment facilities and service centers responds to the need for a world-class shopping mall. It boasts of more than sufficient parking accommodations on a multi-level parking building that is connected by a bridgeway to the main mall building.

In 2007, the city government of Iloilo occupied the Mabini Wing at the third level of the main mall building with the construction of the new Iloilo City Hall at its old site.

Mall Structure

The mall is composed of two 3-level buildings that are interconnected by a bridgeway. The main mall building has a large oval atrium with a fountain centrally located and bordered by four (4) wing sections of the mall (Ledesma, Mabini, Quezon and De Leon Wing). The carpark building has 3 levels of ample parking space that is accessible via the bridgeway connected at the 2nd level of the main mall building. The mall has a dining and bar strip (Paseo Iloilo) situated between the two buildings.

Redevelopment

Part of Robinsons Place Iloilo's redevelopment is the expansion of Ledesma Wing that will house the "Designer's Circle" --- stores that will carry the creations of some local top fashion designers and some signature brands as well.
