Robert Taylor (attorney)
Robert C. Taylor is president of Taylor Lohmeyer Corrigan, P.C. Counselors and Attorneys at Law where he has practiced international and tax law in Dallas, Texas for more than forty years. Mr. Taylor is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Duke University and a law review graduate of Duke University School of Law. After serving in the Korean War as a JAG officer, he earned Masters and Doctorate degrees in law from Georgetown Law Center, Washington, D.C.
Mr. Taylor has been a frequent contributor of articles to legal periodicals and his views on U.S. tax policy have also been published in the Wall Street Journal. He became a published fiction author for the first time in his 70s when he released a novel entitled The Secret Trust. While the book is fiction, many references within the novel come from his experience and travels from working in the field of international law. The novel takes place in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
Mr. Taylor is actively involved with several nonprofits, including the Children's Medical Center in Dallas, and Susan G. Komen for the Cure, where he has served as a board member for more than 20 years.
