Renascence Bulldogge
The Renascence bulldogge is a breed of dog.
Chadde JoliCoeur of Minneapolis, Minnesota, has been developing the Renascence bulldogges since 1990 as a reincarnation of the now extinct Old English Bulldog. Five bulldog breeds were crossed to create the foundation gene pool for the Renascence Bulldogges:
1. American bulldog
2. Hermes bulldogge
3. bulldog
4. bullmastiff
5. Bandog (Old Family red nosed pitbull/English mastiff cross).
The name, Renascence bulldogge, was first trademarked by JoliCoeur March 27, 2002. The trademark was later abandoned December 11, 2003, but was renewed again February 4, 2005.
