Regis Learning Solutions

AbOUT the Company

Regis Learning Solutions Corporation (RLS) is a training and workforce development consultancy located in Golden, Colorado. It was founded in January 2003 as a Regis University spin-off venture. Today, Regis University continues to own a majority interest in the company.

A computer software application, called SimPort, that RLS designed to create interactive business simulations is the platform upon which RLS builds customized training curricula to address the varied workforce development needs of its client organizations, which span a wide range of economic sectors and variety of industries.

While computer-aided simulations have long served as integral components of the job training received by personnel in the military, aviation, medical, and a handful of other fields, simulation-based instruction has only recently emerged as a widely accepted workforce development tool and credible alternative to conventional classroom instruction by U.S. businesses.

The RLS simulation platform’s chief innovation is its capability to greatly reduce the cost and development time required to create interactive business simulations. This technology enables designers to populate the simulation’s basic architecture with a company's unique characteristics to quickly develop customized learning environments.
