Since then, against a background of amendments to the German Packaging Ordinance, the opening of the monopoly of Duales System Deutschland GmbH and the compliance scheme market, the Reclay Group has developed a comprehensive range of services carried out by specialised subsidiary companies.

Trendy
The “trendy helps children. Get involved!“ initiative is a charitable clothing collection project of the Reclay Group. To this end the Reclay Group partners with the von Bodelschwinghsche Stiftungen Bethel Foundations that are members of the FairWertung e.V. umbrella association.
The initiative organises the collection and fair trade of used clothing and shoes that are in good repair from kindergartens, day care centres, primary schools and associations. There are bonus points for bags of clothing that are collected. At the end of each project, the participating institutions can exchange their points for a reward, such as toys for their kindergarten. trendy hands over at least a quarter of the collected bonus points to social projects for children, such as anti-epileptic therapy. As a result, 100 percent of the proceeds are used for the benefit of children. The trendy initiative is intended to demonstrate to children in a playful and fun way that used and worn-out objects also have value and that new and useful objects can arise from them.
Footprint Initiative
The Footprint Initiative was founded by the French Association Bilan Carbone (ABC) and the Reclay Group. In June 2013, the two companies completed a partnership agreement for the further development of the CO2 management system Bilan Carbone® method and founded the Footprint Initiative sustainability forum. The Initiative connects various sustainability subjects with each other and offers companies, NGOs, scientific institutions and associations a platform for exchange on emissions reduction best practices. The Initiative also raises awareness of subjects such as ecological and social overexploitation and provides an impetus for the efficient use of resources.
