Reality shows on Suvarna Channel
There are a lot of reality shows in Suvarna channel. They are Super Twins, Shh etc. But the most famous reality shows were:
- PYATE HUDGIR HALLI LIFU
- HALLI HYDA PYATEG BANDA
- PYATE MANDI KADIG BANDA
The first hit show which was a basis of experimenting was PYATE HUDGIR HALLI LIFU. This reality show shows girls from the city go to live in the village i.e the name of the village is purdal in Shimoga district and survive all the tasks for 2 months. This show was hosted by Kichha Sudeep, who is a famous actor in Sandal wood. The show was anchored by Akul Balaji. The contestants were Ramya, Manvi, Aishwarya, Arpitha, Nayana etc. The winner was Nayana and the runner up was Manvi and the show was started by 8 girls.
The second hit show was HALLI HYDA PYATEG BANDA. This is a show that shows tribal men from various tribes from all over Karnataka such a Siddhi, Kurubas, Soligas etc come to the dazzling city of Bangalore and withstand its circumstances but in this show the tribal men are paired up with the contestants of PYATE HUDGIR HALLI LIFU and they have to work as a pair. They too stay here for 2 months leaving there parents. This show was released on the success of the previous show. This show was hosted by Radhika Pandit, a famous actress from sandalwood who won 2 film fare awards. This show too is anchored by Akul Balaji.The contestants are Rajesh and Aishwarya, Nagendra and Chandini, RajKumar and Shruthi, Nagaraj and Ramya etc. The winner was Rajesh and Aishwarya and the Runner up was Nagendra and Chandini and the second runner up was Rajkumar and Shruthi. The Grand Finale of this show was held in Innovative Film City.
The third dhamaka hit show was PYATE MANDI KADIG BANDRU. This is a show where city people wander in the forest. There are 6 boys and 6 girls, total of 12 persons. At the first, the 12 people were divided into 2 teams. There names are Vishadanta( Red ) and Kaliputraru ( Blue ).Where 3 boys and 3 girls are there in 1 team
Vishadanta consisted of Janavi, Divya, Kruthika, Aru gowda, Rohan and Praveen
Kaliputraru consisted of Annapurna, Pavithra, Arpitha, Amruth, Raghu and Chandan.
