Acquisitions
In August 2010, Real Matters, Inc. subsidiary IV3 Solutions acquired Canadian Underwriting Services. The company re-named the joint entity IV3CUS.
In January 2013, Real Matters, Inc. subsidiary Solidifi acquired Buffalo, NY appraisal management company Kirchmeyer & Associates, the acquisition propelled Solidifi to be the 3rd largest independent valuation company in the US.
