History
Radius Developers was founded in 2014 by Sanjay Chhabria. Previously, Chhabria was working as MD at The Wadhwa Group where he has supervised 50 to 60 projects. Since inception, Radius Developers completed seven million sq. ft. of residential and commercial development. The company has worked with DB Realty in joint-development projects.The company’s notable projects include X BKC, One BKC and Project Central Park.
The Company currently has ongoing residential projects aggregating 20 million sq. ft. with 21 landmark projects in Mumbai. In 2018, Radius Developers initiated a Santacruz Summerfest.
