It provides integrated product lifecycle management (iPLM Services) to independent software vendors (ISV’s). The company's iPLM services are designed to help ISV’s accelerate time to market schedules while also trying to contain cost over runs. It maintains contact centers in Salt Lake City, Utah; Metz, France; Enschede, Netherlands and India, providing voice and non-voice technical support and other customer interaction services. R Systems' stock is listed on the National Stock Exchange of India and Bombay Stock Exchange. Its main offices are located in Noida, India and El Dorado Hills, California.
R Systems maintains four Centers for Software Excellence, one center in El Dorado Hills, CA and the other three in India (Pune, Chennai and Noida). R Systems also has a significant presence in the ASEAN area with its local headquarters in Singapore and seven regional offices. Singapore is also its Center for Supply Chain Management (SCM).
