Prathab and Shamir

These two young talented artistes from Sri Lanka started their MusicAL journey back in 1998. Their debut album Kaadhal Feelings was launched in 2000, which was the very first album to be released in Sri Lankan Tamil Media by a Duo. This was followed by the more successful “Vishvaroobam” album which was launched on 28 July 2009 under M Entertainment banner, a true testimonial of their potential and growth from being young talent to more refined and matured musicians. Many singles from these initial 14 tracks were embraced by crowds from all genres proving their potential and versatile approach towards the popular culture.

Sharing similar views on life, love and nature they were both exposed to good values and musical upbringing at their alma mater, Trinity College, Kandy. This ensured the growth and enhancement of their inborn talent and passion for music.

They are now working on their next album "Mandiram - Muzitize”.
