Prateek Apparels is an apparel manufacturing and retail company based in Bengaluru, India, with more than 100 retail outlets across Karnataka. It was founded in 1995 by the PhulChand Group of Companies. Prateek Apparels has six manufacturing units in Bengaluru and Hubli which manufactures several global as well as their own brands. Apart from the retail and manufacturing, Munch Design Workshop, which was launched in June 2004, serves as their fashion and Lifestyle design subsidiary.

History

  • 1995   Prateek Apparels is founded, the operations for the first factory unit commences.
  • 2001   The second factory unit operations is started.
  • 2003   The third factory unit operations is started.
  • 2007   Coupon Malls is first launched in Bangalore and Raipur.
  • 2007   Prateek Apparels acquires Hubli Apparels Pvt. Ltd.
  • 2010   FSquare is first launched in Bangalore.
  • 2011   Joint venture with Bilsar- Bilteek commences.

Retail outlets

FSquare

In 2010, Prateek Apparels opened the FSquare retail outlets, which catered only their own private labels for men. In a parallel move, they closed their ties with Kanz, a Germany based company which was placed as the international kids' fashion outlet.

Coupon Malls

Coupon Malls was first launched in Bangalore in 2007. Following this, Prateek Apparels ventured into different cities outside Karnataka such as Raipur(2007), Faridabad (2008), Hyderabad(2008), Bhilai, Durg and Ahmedabad.

Past campaigns

Puneet Rajkumar, the superstar of Kannada cinema, was the brand ambassador for FSquare brands in the year 2010 which was a very popular campaign across Karnataka.

Coupon Malls has had promoted their campaigns with famous South Indian stars such as Harika, Bengali actress Payal Ghosh.
