Praise Pictures

Praise Pictures is an independent Christian film production company founded in 2007 by Kyle Prohaska and Kevin Michael. The company is currently completing "Standing Firm" for a Summer 2010 DVD release in the Christian market.

History

Praise Pictures was founded by Kyle Prohaska and Kevin Michael in 2007. The company began when Kevin walked into Kyle's office one day with a copy of Flywheel and Facing the Giants from Sherwood Pictures and asked "Can we do this?" Immediately they began working on the companies first feature film Standing Firm currently in Post-Production and heading for a Summer 2010 release date. Kevin Michael left the company to pursue his own ambitions in the winter of 2009, but is still attached to Standing Firm as Producer/Writer. The company has grown to do much more than make movies. It serves as an all in one media company providing many services such as internet marketing, web design and graphics, video editing and post-production delivery and much more. The company has also started ChristianFilmTrailers.com, a site dedicated to helping promote the trailers of upcoming Christian films.
