Poket Pte. Ltd is a `Singapore based technology comapany founded by Michael Chua and Loyce Tia , on 8th March 2013 .It is the first technology company in the world that automates front-end loyalty and rewards processes to provide an end-to-end solution to businesses. Using a patent filed SPE technology (“smart paperless evolution”), retailers are able to register a member or issue digital cards and vouchers from devices such as a tablet or barcode scanner to consumers’ smartphones instantly.
Poket App
The consumers can download free POKET app, register their personal particulars once, and a unique personal QR code will be generated. To join a retailer membership program, instead of filling up lengthy application forms, the consumer simply scans the unique QR code on a tablet, or allows retailer to scan this QR code with a barcode scanner. Upon the consumer permission to share the personal data with this retailer, POKET shall transfer the data. The retailer digital membership card will be automatically delivered to the consumer smartphone
Features
Retailers will have access to their dashboard reflecting consumers’ behaviors information such as spending frequency. The amounts are processed and analyzed for retailers’ further action such as pushing of messages for specific group of consumers who have not visited the stores for certain number of months or years. Retailers can also push vouchers, pictured promotions just like EDMs, and messages directly to their members’ smartphones. Sending of birthday vouchers and welcome vouchers can also be automated.
