All Piccomolo stores feature an upscale interior with free wireless internet for their customers. The name comes from conjoining the Italian words "piccolo" meaning small and "molle" meaning soft. There are currently 22 stores in 5 states. The company's headquarters are located in Irving, Texas.
History
Piccomolo was founded in 2002 by Kevin Lee and fellow graduates from the University of Texas at Austin. The company opened its First Franchise store in May 2003 in Dallas, TX.
