Peter Taylor (Project Manager)

Peter Taylor PMP is a British project manager and author of The lazy project manager. The book promotes a 'productive laziness' approach to work that builds on the Pareto principle, inferring that only 20 per cent of work effort equates to 80 per cent of results.ref> approach will allow managers a better quality of life. It also draws on the work of Helmuth Moltke in analysing the best type of skills for leadership roles, specifically the combination of laziness and intelligence. He is also a recognised speaker on the subject of project managent, delivering presentations, seminars and training around the world, as well as a contributing journalist for a number of project management magazines and websites.

He is also a broadcaster through iTunes and Jellycast- The Lazy Project Manager podcasts.

He is a founding member of the faculty for Practical Project Management
