Pet Threat

Pet Threat is the first half of episode #1.03 of the animated television series Dave the Barbarian.

Plot

Faffy is terribly upset because the family forgot to get him anything during Dragon Appreciation Week. King Throktar and Queen Glimia did send him a ham but Uncle Oswidge ate it. So Dave buys Faffy a diseased weasel for a pet, who Dave names Carl. The diseased weasel gets all of Dave's attention, so Faffy runs away. The weasel turns out to be the Dark Lord Chuckles the Silly Piggy, who wants to steal the magical grape of bobomedobo, a magical fruit which will turn whoever it swallows into a hideous beast, it is something hidden in Faffy's room.

Nobody believes Faffy when he tells them AbOUT Carl so he runs away from home, Chuckles then fulfills his plan, swallows the grape and turns into a giant cat, and Dave nor any member of his family can't stop him. But Faffy returns, gets himself purposely swallowed by Chuckles, grabs the grape and makes Chuckles cough it up, saving the day.

At the end of the episode, Dave prepares a feast for Faffy to say he and his family appreciate him, which is the Dark Lord Chuckles on a silver platter and an apple sticking in his mouth.
