Biography

Born February 12, 1963 in Korostishiv, Zhytomyr region., Family doctors. Lives in Ukraine since 1963. In 1980 he graduated from Zhytomyr school № 3 with a gold medal. In 1986 graduated from Kyiv Medical University with honors, he was elected Fellow of Lenin. Then he worked and studied in clinical internship and graduate of Kiev Medical University.   
In 1990 he defended his thesis in medicine on "Vzaymosvyaz violations immunity and reparative processes in patients nonspecific vospalytelnыmy Bowel Disease and s korektsyya T - aktyvynom" specialty 14.00.05 - internal medicine.
In 1990-1992 - worked as assistant in the department of internal diseases № 1 Kiev Medical University. During this time produced 2/3 of his doctoral dissertation, but in connection with material difficulties leave medicine and busy business.
Since 1992 - to the present head of commercial enterprises, including: Industrial and Commercial Firm "Ukrinterkompleks" Industrial and Commercial Firm "Ukrkomplekshrupa" Industrial and Commercial Firm "Ukrrosenerhiya" Industrial and Commercial Firm "Ukrinvestkompleks", LLC "Nadbuzhzhya plus" (agro-forestry, which is engaged in seed production, crop production, plant breeding of livestock, beekeeping, processing production, brick making).
In 1997 he trained and qualified as an expert on securities trading. Military rank: Lieutenant medical service reserve, the title Lieutenant Cossack Troops Ukraine
In 1998 he was awarded the Medal of Zhukov. He graduated from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management in "Banking", qualification economist.
In 1999 he defended his doctoral thesis entitled: "Government regulation of business in the period of transition to market" specialty: economics, received the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences.
From 1994 to 1999 he worked as a freelance advisor to the First Deputy and then Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
In 2001, a general meeting of the Academy of Economic Sciences, was elected 1 Member of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, specialty finance.
In 2002, at a general meeting of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine elected Academician of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine.
In 2002 he was awarded the medal "10 years of Armed Forces of Ukraine."
Since 2005 he again worked as a consultant Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
In 2005, at a general meeting of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine elected Vice-President and Head of Kyiv Regional Branch of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine.
In 2005, attention to religious merit, and helping sick children, the elderly, was awarded the Order of St. Agapito Cave degree, Medal of St. Vladimir, Order Christmas and many diplomas of various government and non-governmental and religious institutions. and kindergartens, secondary pulley, boarding schools.
In 2006, the newly appointed advisor to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine O. Frost He worked and continues to work on the development and implementation of important state economic and social laws, decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and various government programs. He has over 100 publications, including 4 monographs in economic and medical industries. The decision of the Presidium of May 11, 2012 Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine PESHKO Anatol awarded the Gold Medal MITugan-Baranovsky for significant contribution to the development of economic and scientific-technical sphere and active social activities for the benefit and development of Ukraine.
The decision of the Presidium of the Academy of Social Management from March 27, 2012 № 64 Peshko Anatolij awarded the Order of Prince Ostrozky for outstanding achievements in the social sector, philanthropy and active participation in the implementation of social policy in Ukraine.
