Peripheral intuition
Peripheral Intuition stems from the basic psychological term Intuition. It is a phenomenon in which an individual experiences the intuitive feeling of someone looking at them in their peripheral vision without actually seeing them.
Most often experienced while driving in a car or sitting in a classroom, it is a skill that many individuals are unaware they possess. The term "peripheral" refers to vision outside the center gaze.
An interview with an individual who experienced Peripheral Intuition for the first time;
"I was driving down the freeway on my way back to Minneapolis. After driving for an hour or so I was somewhat 'in the zone' if you may. Looking straight ahead, I all of a sudden got the feeling the person in the car to my left was looking at me. When I turned my head, he was. I had just experienced Peripheral Intuition for the first time and it was unbelievable."
