Penny Panda's Sticker Store

__NOTOC__ Penny Panda's Sticker Store is a computer game created by Micrograms Software. It is intended for students in grades 1-4 and teaches them basic mathematics skills using change. There are 25 levels of difficulty, based on the skill of the player. By giving correct answers, the player receives money to trade for virtual stickers at Penny Panda's sticker store.

Activities

  • Activity 1: Penny Panda presents an amount of change and the player must count the change. A few possible answers are displayed on the screen, and the player must identify the correct one.
  • Activity 2: Two sets of money are separated on the screen by a stalk of bamboo. The player must identify which set has the greater amount of change.
  • Activity 3: An assortment of coins and bills are on the screen, and the player must choose from that assortment the correct amount of change.
  • Activity 4: The player counts the money pictured on the screen, and then subtracts a listed value to say how much change would be left after that value was spent.

Sticker store

During each visit to the store, Penny displays 12 available stickers. The player can choose to buy stickers if he or she has enough money, or save up to buy more expensive stickers later. As a player buys stickers, their sticker collection increases in value. Players can trade their stickers for other stickers, and some stickers are only attainable by trading for them.

There are 9 sets of stickers with eleven stickers each in the following categories: birds, butterflies, cars, dinosaurs, flowers, insects, music and dance, spiders, and sports. There are 2 sets of stickers with 33 stickers each in the following categories: endangered animals and national flags.
