Payback (marketed as PAYBACK) is the largest multi-brand loyalty program in India with millions of ACTIVE members in the program. In 2013, Payback was awarded with the “Product of the Year” award in the Reward/Loyalty Programs category.

Payback India has over 50 partner brands in its network. Some of the major partners of the multi-brand loyalty program include American Express, Big Bazaar, Bookmyshow, Brand Factory, Central, Ezone, Home Town, futurebazaar.com, ICICI Bank, HPCL, Makemytrip, Hotel Formule 1, Food Bazaar, Food Hall, Pantaloons, UniverCell, Vodafone and more.

In the Indian market where there is more focus by individual companies to create their own loyalty programs, the multitude of partners and the wide categories that they operate in has helped Payback gain high proliferation. More recently, Payback has also collaborated with eBay to enable customers to redeem their points on eBay as well.

Awards

Payback was awarded the “Product of the Year 2013” in the Reward Points/Loyalty Programs category, based on 18,000 consumer interviews, across 23 cities in India. Payback has also bagged the Retailer Customer Service Awards for 2013 in Customer Service-Business Services category. The award is based on 10,000 sample consumer survey results carried out by Entrepreneur India Advisors.

Payback Program is operated by Loyalty Solutions and Research Private Limited. LSRPL, is a majority controlled by Loyalty Partner GmbH, a subsidiary of American Express.
