Pavilion is being erected on a 2.47 acres plot near Fountain Chowk at the Old Sessions Court site, close to the affluent residential neighborhoods of Civil Lines, Tagore Nagar, Kichlu Nagar, RakhBagh Club Road, Mall Enclave, Sarabha Nagar, Gurdevnagar, Model Town, Rani Jhansi Road and College Road and is accessible from five major axis roads.
Scheduled to be open for business in 2012, the mall will eventually have over 100 premium retail units including a 17,000 sq. ft. food court and a 7 screen multiplex along with other entertainment and shopping facilities.
