Paul Zamek
Paul Zamek joined Kirksey Architecture in 2008 to launch Kirksey Miami, a full service architecture and consulting firm. With offices in Miami and Houston, Kirksey specializes in architecture, interior design, master planning and sustainable design. Kirksey currently has 26+ million square feet of LEED certified projects.
Paul’s main area of expertise is in architecture and urban design with a focus on design and development consulting throughout the United States, Caribbean, Europe, Mexico and Latin America. His notable accomplishments include the design and development of Central Florida’s Disney’s Celebration and the master planned community of WaterColor, as well as 42nd Street Now! in New York City.
Prior to joining Kirksey, Paul served as the Managing Director for the Miami office of OBM International. He began his career in the acclaimed New York architectural firms of Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Cooper, Robertson & Partners. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, American Institute of Architects, United States Building Council and the Congress for New Urbanism. Locally, Paul is a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s New World Center Committee Master Plan Task Force. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Miami.
He received his undergraduate degree in architecture and urban studies from Lehigh University and his master’s degree in architecture from Columbia University.
