Patrice Alethia Hall
<nowiki>Insert non-formatted text here Patrice Alethia Hall (born July 18, 1986 in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada) is Miss Ottawa 2009-2010 and top 10 for Miss Canada International 2010. Her parents Bishop Trevor Hall and Joan Grant-Hall encouraged her journey to becoming Miss Ottawa. Patrice is the first minority to win a non-categorized pageant. She is also one of the spokespersons for the organization Teddy Bears of hope founded by Sylvia Stark.
