Panty gram

A Panty Gram is a panty with an attached "gram", or message sent from one party to another. The message is often a personal greeting, a humorous saying, or an expression of love. Grams may include other amenities, such as hearts or stickers. Grams are often sent from women to boyfriends, fiancés, or husbands.

A panty gram is a romantic gift popular for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, birthdays, holidays or "just because". The concept is simple: a panty gram is bought online, and anonymously sent to a significant other or friend. The grams are typically packaged discretely. Some companies do not require setting up lengthy online profiles, and print out tags so that you do not have to worry about your secret message being seen by the wrong person.
