Otterbourg, Steindler, Houston & Rosen, P.C. is a New York City-based law firm founded in 1909. It currently employs some 60 attorneys in it sole office on Park Avenue. Otterbourg is best known for its bankruptcy work and its close relationship with the bankruptcy courts of the Eastern District of New York. Conrad B. Duberstein, Chief Judge of the Bankruptcy Court of the E.D.N.Y. was a partner at Otterbourg and chaired the firm's creditor's rights department before being nominated to the bench.
