Ostec Enterprise Ltd. is the largest Russian innovation and research company in the field of integrated solutions for manufacture, testing and control of electronic equipment, electronic and electrical components, printed-circuit boards. Ostec Enterprise Ltd was founded in 1991 in the USSR; the founding members were specialists working in the Central Research Institute of Technology in the USSR. The company provides all range of operations for creation of high-efficiency assembly factories – from performance of enterprise audit to fine-tuning of the process using the Client’s products with subsequent technological support of the production.

In 18 years of operation of business Ostec has completed over 400 comprehensive projects, in addition to separate items of equipment, for equipping the enterprises with modern technologies for assembling electronic devices and equipment. Today over 80% of all Russian radio engineering enterprises use equipment and process solutions supplied by Ostec. The company provides all range of operations for creation of high-efficiency assembly factories – from performance of enterprise audit to fine-tuning of the process using the Client’s products with subsequent technological support of the production. Ostec is a member of the international organization for standardization IPC and pursues the policy of implementing the world’s best standards in the processes of assembly of Russian electronics. It enables the industry members to design the communications electronics equipment, to manufacture it at high quality competitive level. Since 2007 Ostec Enterprise Ltd has been a member of Association of Russian Manufacturers of Electronics and Electronic Devices, the main goal of which is to represent and to protect interests of the Russian manufacturers of electronic equipment and devices, to facilitate the increase of their share in the Russian market and to facilitate the growth of the Russian export.
