Once an Outlaw

Once an Outlaw is the forthcoming album by the American southern rock band Outlaws.

Known facts

Although little is known outside the inner circles of the band AbOUT the album, it was finished before lead guitarist/vocalist/song writer Hughie Thomasson's death in September 2007 and the band has yet to announce even a probable release date. It is expected that once the Outlaws' 2008 tour is completed, more official news will emerge about the album. However, the group has released three songs individually from the album on the Internet via their website.

As of August, the band's website released an update on tour info and the upcoming album. Henry Paul stated on the website, "We're so excited about the future. We have "Once An Outlaw", Hughie's last album to come sometime this fall followed by many new and EXCITING Outlaw records that will move the band on into the next 10 years."
