OGAE Second Chance Contest 1991
The 1991 OGAE Second Chance Contest was the 5th OGAE Second Chance Contest, organised between members of international Eurovision Song Contest fan club OGAE to select the best song not to make it to the Eurovision Song Contest through their national finals. 15 songs competed in the contest, held in Östersund in Sweden for the fourth year in a row after Carola won the previous year with "Mitt i ett äventyr".
Switzerland and Yugoslavia made their debuts, with Yugoslavia making its one and only entry in the contest. Israel returned after their absence the previous year, while Cyprus withdrew due to no national final being held and the Netherlands were unable to compete due to withdrawing from the Eurovision Song Contest 1991.
Sweden won the contest once again, for the fourth time, represented by Pernilla Wahlgren with "Tvillingsjäl". Greece's Lia Vissi came second, while Israel's Adam came third.

Notes
- A ^ The Spanish entry, although it did not compete in a televised national final, was selected as it was known to have been entered into the Spanish internal selection for the 1991 Eurovision Song Contest.
- B ^ The Italian entry competed in the San Remo Festival in 1991 which, although not a national final for Italy, was the basis for the Eurovision Song Contest idea.
