Issues

Outages

The company has had a checkered past with many outages, and a complete failure of their toll free and DID numbers in April, 2006. Instead of informing their customers of the real situation, the company tried to mask the news with an outage of just a few hours.

Caller ID spoofing

In 2004 hackers used Asterisk and NuFone to show caller ID spoofing where they can fake caller ID as well as unmask blocked numbers.
