Now In Technicolor

Now in Technicolor is the debut album by the Pakistani pop/rock band Mauj released on 24 April 2009. Singles from the album are "Khushfehmi" and "Paheliyan" which were both a critical hit in Pakistan.

Concept

Mauj's debut album music is full of grand IDeaS, complicated and calculated music concealed behind simple but unconventional lyrics and melody. From the Guitar riffs to the bass lines, lyrics to percussion and melody to recording, they have baffled the listeners because we are not used to it. There are some who have questioned the vocals, but in my humble opinion, it is good enough for rock music and complimented by all other areas of music.

The character of this album distinguishes Mauj from conventional rock or pop bands of the region for many reasons.
