Nôscasa, Cape Verdean Creole for ‘Our Home’, is an estate agent in Cape Verde, founded in 2005.
Offices exist on the islands of Sal, Boavista, Santiago and Sao Vicente, with further expansion planned for 2008/09.
Nôscasa offers a database of over 50,000 properties for sale or rent, and an extensive range of land on all islands, which totals to a 50% share of the Cape Verde property market to date.
Services include land buying, property consultancy and management, rental services, facilities management, European support services, and mortgages.
