Music and Lyrics
Nizza Thobi pulls the thread from Vilna to Jerusalem. There are songs with political imperatives. The individual tracks are mostly songs from the ghettos such as Vilna and from Warsaw. The stories put the individual behind the music tracks are particularly important and it has been researched by the musician in often complex work. But even songs from the Eastern European Jewry and modern Israel will find space on their publication, songs in Yiddish, Hebrew, Aramaic, Ladino, Greek and German.
