Nisco Invest, is a real estate development company, focused on the construction of multi-purpose centers, offices and residential compounds in Transylvania, member of the holding administered by Mr. Dan Călin Nistor from Cluj-Napoca.
Nisco Invest, an ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) member, has distinguished itself through constant focus, coordination and development of residential real estate projects for business and multifunctional centers. For its great results in 2004, NISCO was awarded the 3-rd place in the Top Romanian Companies, for the real estate transactions category. Akademia Center Cluj is the new project of a multifunctional lifestyle center in Cluj-Napoca. Along with the retail and services spaces, it will also develop class A offices and medical spaces, located at the higher levels of the building. The project won the “Best retail project” award in the category of medium sized retail projects at MAPIC, Cannes, 2007.
Among other finalized residential projects are Nisco City Center in Satu Mare, 77 Marasesti Street - Nisco's Headquarters in Cluj Napoca, 51-st Bucuresti Street - residential compound in Cluj, and so on.
