Nick Mitchell (bodybuilder)
Nick Mitchell is an author and strength and conditioning coach based in London, England. He has been cited by Olympic strength coach Charles Poliquin as “one of the best personal trainers in Europe” and has worked with clients ranging from Victoria’s Secret models to professional bodybuilders from the IFBB Professional League .
Mitchell is a former bodybuilder who started his professional life as a barrister (attorney) before setting up “Ultimate Performance”, a gym and personal training business , with Savvas Kyriacou, owner of London’s award winning Muscleworks Gym .
He has a regular column in both Men’s Health UK print magazine and the world’s largest men’s lifestyle network AskMen.com where he is a resident fat loss and muscle building expert . In 2009 he has been featured in other publications such as the Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail, News of the World magazine, Runners World, FHM, Men’s Fitness, Perfect Wedding and the Sun. His articles on bodybuilding , fat loss , and BioSignature Modulation are widely published both in print and on the internet, and in the January 2009 edition of Men’s Health Magazine it details Mitchell’s coaching of the oldest man to ever be on the cover
