Overview

Nichada Thani is Thailand's first planned international residential community with its website at www.nichada.com. Set on the outskirts of the capital, yet conveniently linked via the direct second stage expressway, it has been developed to provide the ultimate in modern luxury living in an environment that is both clean and safe. Throughout planning and construction, the strictest standards have been followed as far as facilities, landscaping and the maintenance of a low-density ratio (4:1) community is concerned, to ensure all residents enjoy their time in bangkok.

Nichada Thani comprises a number of subcommunities which offer a wide selection of home styles to fit each person's tastes and desires. They include detached houses, townhouses, garden apartments and condominiums for both long and short term lease, as well as sale.

With the ISB (International School of Bangkok) located inside Nichada Thani it quickly became one of the top communities in Bangkok. It is a safe place for families to live without having to worry AbOUT their children in bangkok.

Area

At the center of the community is a 125 rai (50 acre) lake with enormous fish such as the Giant Mekong Delta Catfish and the Arapaima, both of which exceed 150kg. Running along its 2.7km circumference and winding throughout lakefront gardens is a bike trail and jogging track. On the eastern bank is the Nichada Club and located on the opposite shore is the 17-storey Nichada Thani Lakeshore West condominium.

Location

Nichada Thani is located adjacent to Chaengwattana Road, extremely close to the Phase II Expressway entrance and exit which links directly to the Suvarnabhumi International Airport and downtown. A detailed map can be found at www.nichada.com.

The community is also in convenient proximity to a number of universities and institutes of higher education in addition to the International School Bangkok and Rose Marie Academy which are both found on-site. Additionally with the Nichada Plaza within it's walls offering all the services you need on a daily basis, what cannot be found within Nichada Thani can be found right outside it's borders.

In addition to the peaceful surroundings and facilities, the bike paths allow the children to have easy access to the international school. After school, they can enjoy snacks from the Villa Supermarket. Many students enjoy the exercise they get from the walks around the lake. One such person misses that! :)

Facilities

Nichada Thani features a town center, also known as The Nichada Plaza, not named after the Villa Supermarket inside. The Plaza includes a Bumrungrad health clinic, dental clinic, branch of Villa supermarket, pet center, Salon and Beauty Parlor, fishing company and other day to day shops including a travel agency. There is also a Starbucks and a Pizza restaurant. The community also boasts a few small restaurants specialising in various ethnic cuisine styles.

Nichada Club

Nichada offers many facilities for its community. To use these facilities a resident/family must pay a very reasonable fee. Some of the facilities offered by Nichada are; An Olympic swimming pool, fitness gym, mini golf course, tennis, squash and restaurant.

Non Denominational Church

Nichada has its own church. The church has frequent events and activities. Directly in front of it is the Nichada Club Swimming Pool.

The Lake

Nichada Thani's lake is stocked with some stunning species with fish which grow to very large sizes due to the excellent water quality which has been ensured by the ongoing water management program in place. With regular testing and daily release of Enzimes into the lake, it is arguably the cleanest body of water in Bangkok.

Fish species include the Giant Mekong delta Catfish, Arapaima, Pacu, Sawai, Teapo, Taepa, Giant Siamese Carp, Arowana, and Nile Perch to name but a few. However, there are over 30 different species in the lake.
