Nic Beaudoin

Nic Beaudoin (born December 25, 1976) is a Canadian retired professional ice hockey player. Beaudoin was selected by the Colorado Avalanche in the 2nd round (51st overall) of the 1995 NHL Entry Draft.

Born in 1976 in Ottawa, Ontario, Beaudoin played three seasons in the Ontario Hockey League with the Detroit Junior Red Wings and Detroit Whalers.

He began his professional career in the 1996–97 season, playing 34 games with the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League. Beaudoin played the 1997–98 season with the Canada men's national ice hockey team before resuming his professional career the following season.

On September 11, 1998, the Colorado Avalanche traded Beaudoin to the New York Islanders in exchange for cash considerations.
