Nettalk (Windows chat software)

Nettalk is a powerful but easy to use freeware IRC-client for Windows. The user interface is based on Windows standards. It is available in English, Russian, German and Dutch.

A significant disadvantage is that user documentation isn't completed, and what documentation exists is only available in German.
