Net Element International, Inc. Technology Breakthroughs & Awards

Net Element International has developed 12 IP technologies that include Music Brain, Interactive Visual Advisor, CMS & DAM platforms, custom video players, barter e-commerce system, revenue share platform, 3D virtual modeling broadcast, augmented reality, face recognition, eye tracking, a screen for viewing 3D videos that does not require 3D glasses, and PeopleWipe. Net Element International, which currently has six technology patents pending in the U.S., has been developing a first-of-its-kind technology platform to stream 3D virtual reality simulations that enable users to engage and interact in real time with 3D videos of live events and other engaging content. Net Element International has been presented with the industry award Videomaker Best Product of the Year and was also recognized as the Webby Official Honoree Webby Award.

Recent Developments

Net Element International was listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market on Oct. 3, 2012, under the ticker symbol “NETE.” In celebration of its NASDAQ listing, Net Element International rang the NASDAQ opening bell on Oct. 4, 2012, at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City. The NASDAQ listing is the result of a recent merger agreement between Net Element and Cazador Acquisition Corporation Ltd., a special purpose acquisition corporation. Net Element International named Cazador’s CEO Francesco Piovanetti as its CEO. It also named Kenges Rakishev, a noted global businessman and strategic technology investor, as its Chairman, and named Dmitry Kozko as its President. The business combination follows recent shares purchases by global investor Kenges Rakishev and leading Russian entertainment entrepreneur Igor Krutoy.
