Nehemiah Security

Nehemiah Security is a privately owned cybersecurity company founded in 2015 and headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. Security-sensitive organizations rely upon Nehemiah Security to secure their most valuable assets with the use of the AtomicEye Suite.

Founding and Leadership

Nehemiah Security was founded in 2015 by Paul Farrell, CEO, and Todd Bramblett, President. Landon Johnson is the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Operations, Bob Wandell is the VP of Services, Mike Alexiou is the Chief Information Security Officer, David Evans is the Chief Information Officer, Mike Knox is the Senior Vice President of Sales, John Youngblood is the Senior Vice President of Sales, and Shonda Hiers is the Vice President of Human Resources.

Acquisitions

Triumfant

In October 2016, Nehemiah Security acquired Triumfant and its patented anomaly detection engine. Since acquisition, Nehemiah has invested the resources to significantly overhaul and revamp the Triumfant products, ASM and CP, leading to the v7.1 rollout in August 2017.

Siege Technologies

In November 2016, Siege Technologies was acquired as Nehemiah Security’s innovation lab. Siege has spent the past 8 years developing offensive and defensive cyber technologies for the federal sector. Their risk analytics engine, Eprouvette, has been redesigned as AtomicEye RQ for use among commercial organizations.

Products and Services

The AtomicEye Suite is a security risk management platform with three distinct products: RQ, ASM, and CP. The products are integrated to ensure protection against the most sophisticated cyber threats.

Risk Quantifier

AtomicEye RQ (Risk Quantifier) emulates, quantifies, and predicts attack capabilities. It achieves this by creating a high-fidelity network blueprint then emulating the network to deploy real, live attacks against it. Through this process, RQ helps you answer the question, ‘What are my security risks and what are the potential impacts?’

Attack Surface Manager

AtomicEye ASM (Attack Surface Manager) leverages an intelligent agent residing on each endpoint to continuously monitor the environment and detect drifts from the learned norm and violations of policy. This process is automated, providing complete visibility while minimizing an organization’s attack surface.

Continuous Protection

AtomicEye CP (Continuous Protection) leverages the same intelligent agent for event-driven analysis of anomalies in both files and behaviors. Through advanced machine learning and the use of an adaptive reference model, interventions are automated and remediations are contextualized providing security from the most advanced, persistent threats.

Awards

In February 2017, AtomicEye was named a Gold winner in the Endpoint Security category at Info Security Products Guide’s 2017 Global Excellence Awards.

In March 2017, the Information Security Community named AtomicEye the 2017 Cybersecurity Excellence Award winner in the Network Security category.

In May 2017, Nehemiah Security was both named one of Washington Business Journal’s 2017 Best Places to Work and a finalist for ACG National Capital’s “Deal Team of the Year/Private Company” Corporate Growth Award. In May the company also received a "Gold Winner: Hot Companies" award and a "Gold Winner: Monitoring And Testing" award from Network Products Guide’s 12th Annual 2017 IT World Awards.
