National Model School Sheikhupura

The National Model School is a primary and secondary school in the city of Sheikhupura, Punjab, Pakistan. It currently has two branches, with the main office, located on the Sargodha road and separate boys campus on the Hiran Minar road. This school has been producing excellent results both in Metric and F.Sc

National Model Higher Secondary School is affiliated with the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Lahore. The school is divided into two sections i. e. Secondary & Higher Section.

History

Ashrafi National Educational Trust is a non-profitable organization founded to set up and run educational institutions in the city of Sheikhupura. The Trustees were feeling the need of an ideal institution for boys for a long time as the boys had to go to Lahore in search of good institutions to cope with the challenging demands in the field of education. The dream was materialized and National Model Higher Secondary School started functioning in April 1989.

The school owes its foundation to the initiative and foresight of Haji Muhammad Bashir, the managing trustee of Ashrafi National Educational Trust.

Board of Governors

The School is run by a Board of Governors comprising of well known personalities.

Campus

In 2007, work on the buildings and infrastructure was completed. The Romanesque and generously proportioned buildings have been specifically designed to reflect the aims and ethos of the school, combining traditional features and modern techniques.

Boys Campus

National Model Higher Secondary Boys School is located in the historical and culturally ACTIVE city of Sheikhupura. It is situated at Hiran Minar Road, spreading over an area of more than 99 kanals very close to the city in a calm and quite atmosphere. The school endeavors to provide a healthy environment to the students to receive knowledge and education with in the realm of dialectical discipline. It caters for the need of the boys of secondary as well as higher secondary classes. The school started functioning in September 2001 and has played a leading role in the field of education in the district of Sheikhupura ever since.

Girls Campus

National Model Higher Secondary Girls School is fortunate in securing a piece of land on Sargodha Road, Sheikhupura. The School started functioning in April 1989 with 250 students. There are now more than a thousand students in the school. The campus consists of two main double storey blocks, a Library, well equipped Laboratories and vast play field. also.
