Natasha Avila

Natasha Avila (born 2 June 1992 in Melbourne) is a Melbourne-based artist/jeweller with a career spanning more than 10 years. Avila completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Object Based Practice (Gold & Silversmithing) with Distinction from RMIT University in 2013. She is currently undertaking a Masters of Fine Art, Gold & Silversmithing. Avila has participated in group shows nationally and internationally, including The Mary & Lou Senini Student Art Award, The 48th International Exhibition of Japan Enamelling Artist Association at Tokyo Museum of Modern Art, Japan and The Annual Marzee International Graduate show, Netherlands. Avila has been the Recipient of many art awards and her work has been featured in several publications. Avila is represented by Pieces of Eight Gallery, Melbourne.

Avila is the Director of her company "Natasha Avila" - Contemporary jewelry The Natasha Avila brand consists of wearable art, one of a kind jewelry pieces and handmade creations. All pieces are designed by Natasha Avila herself.
