Naboo (company)

Naboo is a French procurement technology company based in Paris. Founded in 2022, it develops a business-to-business platform for the procurement and management of corporate meetings and events.

The company was founded in April 2022 by Maxime Eduardo, Antoine Servant, Lucien Bredin and Jean-Louis Villeminot. It initially operated a platform for countryside retreats for remote workers before shifting its focus to corporate event procurement in January 2023.

History

Naboo was established in Paris in April 2022 as a platform for countryside retreats. Later that month, the company raised €2.5 million in seed funding from Ternel and CapHorn. In January 2023, the company shifted its focus to corporate event procurement.

In February 2024, the company raised €7.5 million in a funding round led by ISAI and Kima Ventures to support its expansion into the United Kingdom, Belgium and Switzerland. Later that year, Naboo entered the United Kingdom market and acquired BizMeeting, a venue-finding agency formerly owned by Joy (formerly Privateaser).

In January 2025, the company raised a €20 million Series A round led by Notion Capital, with participation from ISAI and Ternel.

In February 2026, it secured a $70 million Series B round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and announced the opening of a New York office to support its expansion into North America.

In June 2026, Naboo was selected for the French Tech120' programme, an annual programme recognising French technology companies. That same month, Naboo announced the opening of a Singapore office to serve as its Asia-Pacific headquarters.

Products and services

Naboo develops software for the procurement and management of corporate meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE). Its platform combines venue sourcing, supplier management, budgeting, payments and event coordination tools for business customers.

The company also provides event management services for corporate events and conferences. ts products include AI Planner, Control Tower, Event App, and a corporate payment card for business event management.

Naboo is headquartered in Paris for Europe and has regional offices in Montreal for North America and Singapore for the Asia-Pacific region. The company operates across several European countries as well as North America and the Asia-Pacific region. The company is led by co-founder Maxime Eduardo, who has served as chief executive officer since its establishment.

In March 2024, Naboo received the Entrepreneurial Resilience Award at the CRCC de Paris Entrepreneurs' Trophies.

In 2025, Naboo was included in Sifted's B2B SaaS Rising 100 ranking and was ranked 17th in LinkedIn's Top Startups France list.

In 2026, Naboo was included in the VivaTech Top 100 ranking in the Procurement & Operations category, joined the French Tech 120 programme, and was listed among Sifted's startup rankings.
