Murderer's row band
[...]'s Row is an American Oi band formed in Troy, New York in 2000. Although widely classified as an Oi or punk rock band they may more accurately be described as a rock and roll band as their music spreads among a vast diversity of different genres. Their lyrical content focuses mainly on the use of alcohol and fighting with an almost comedic and exaggerated reference to both, although they have been known to touch upon other topics on occasion. The band was started in 2000 by Bob Riley and Buddy Armstrong of, metal band, Stigmata (NY) fame. The original line-up consisted of Bob Riley on vocals, Buddy Armstrong on guitar, Bob Agars (War-Time Manner, Stigmata), Keith on bass, and the last minute addition of lead guitarist "Sick" Nick Manupella. They quickly signed to Holland based label Gangstyle Records and released their debut album "Menace to Sobriety" (Although recorded in two sessions the latter half of which featured bassist Mike Gragnano and the departure of Buddy Armstrong). The band has a rather large fan base world-wide among the punk-rock and skinhead subcultures even though to this date the band still has not done a U.S. or European tour. In 2005 they released a follow up album entitled "Urban Shocker" (The first release on German-based label United Against Society). The band has endured many line-up changes making Riley and Manupella the only original members, although the addition of bassist "Snakepit" Sean Nolan is viewed by some to be an arguable staple to their line-up. Currently the band consists of: Bob Riley on vocals, Nick Manupella on lead guitar, Sean Nolan on bass, and Matthew "Ben" Hall on drums. Previous rosters have included: Leo Curley (Biohazard), Walter "Monsta" Ryan (Madball, Machinehead), Lord Dom (Slumlords, Pulling Teeth), Steven Pasoriza, Chris Hero, Mike Gerbanzo (Clay People), and Jamie Rice among others mentioned. Their third album "Beer Fueled Mayhem" is scheduled for a 2007 release on Sailor's Grave Records and will be their first American release.
