Miss U.S. International 2010

Miss U.S. International 2010, was held at the Lake Fenton High School in Fenton, Michigan on July 23, 2010. Casandra Tressler of Maryland who was crowned by outgoing titleholder Aileen Jan Yap, Miss U.S. International 2009. She was represented the United States at the Miss International 2010 beauty pageant in Chengdu, China on November 7, 2010.
