Mis-Fest
Mis-Fest is a Summer Goth festival and Goth Weekend in Blackpool, Lancashire, England. It is run by the people behind Misery of Sound Goth club nights in Blackpool.
Beginnings
The first Mis-Fest was in June 2008. It was a two-day event on a Friday night and an all-day Saturday event. Mis-Fest started from the local Goth night. The idea was to hold a festival of this type in Blackpool, as there was nothing similar in the area. The acts featuring at the festival are from the Goth–Deathrock–Psychobillly/Batcave and Post-Punk music scenes.
