Mesa Water

Mesa Water was formed in 1999 by T. Boone Pickens and others who owned land with valuable water rights in Roberts County in the Texas Panhandle. Pickens and Mesa Water have created controversy in recent years with their efforts to sell this water to the highest bidder.
