McIver-Berowne baronets

The McIver-Berowne Baronetcy, of Titchfield, in the county of Southampton, was created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom on 25 July 1896 for Paul Berowne, an English Army Officer. In 1896 he assumed his wife's surname of McIver to inherit a property, the use of this name was later discontinued by his grandson. As of 2011 the present baronet lives in Cape Town, South Africa but has not yet proven his succession to the baronetcy, so does not appear on the Official Roll of the Baronetage. The heir apparent is the present holder's son, Richard John Berowne (born 1961)
