Maxflu is a [...] created and sold by Pliva d.d. Pharmaceutics Croatia. The [...] is intended to relieve The Effects of the common cold and flu. It is usually sold in a packet of 10 tablets which are to be melted in water or some similar non-alcoholic and non-sodium drink (effervescent tablets).

The [...] is issued without a medical prescription. The chemical makeup of one of the tablets consists of the following:

• 500mg paracetamol
• 30mg pseudoephedrine hydroclorid
• 60mg ascorbic acid (vitamin C)
• In trace amounts: sorbitol, aspartam, lactose, sodium benzoate.
