Controversy
Some websites are reporting the Matthew Pletcher, also known by the alias Matthew S. Harrison is actually using the film industry for questionable intent. In January 2008, several sites began reporting the he and his company were abandoning the Death Walks the Streets project which he previously touted heavily in the media . A December 30, 2007 posting on his personal MySpace blog was picked up and recirculated by several websites seemed to indicate that he was turning his back on the "horror community" and has left more questions than answers as to why he was involved with any horror film in the past, including the 2007 releases Witches Night and Lonely Joe.
Other articles dating back to 2005 indicate a past history of abandoning films such as Sophomores and King Tori both which were promoted then never made.
