Masskara Festival Queen 2013. The 33rd EDition of the Miss Masskara pageant was held on October 12, 2013 at the University of St. La Salle Gymnasium in Bacolod City, Philippines. Lady Ann Alquizar, an Accountancy student of University of St. La Salle was by Bacolod City Mayor Monico Puentevella together with first lady Josefa Puentevella and ABS-BCN station manager Leilani Salem-Alba. crowned at the end of the event.
